How to Cancel the PF Claim?

The Grievance Route

• This is your main weapon! You will have to head to the EPFO Grievance Portal:

  https://epfigms.gov.in/grievance/grievancemaster

• Choose your status from ‘PF Member’, EPS Pensioner’, ‘Employer’, and ‘Others’.

• Choose ‘PF Member’ as your status.

• Then if you have a claim ID then click on ‘Yes’ and if you don’t have a claim ID then click on ‘No’.

• If you choose ‘No’, then you will have to enter your UAN number and the security code to register your grievance.

• If you choose ‘Yes’, then you will have to enter UAN Number, Claim Number, Claim Date, and choose if it is a Covid Claim or not.

• Then click on ‘submit’ to register your grievance.

• After you register, in the "Category" section, select "PF Withdrawal."

• Choose the reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.

• You should visit the

EPF grievance Portal

and click on register complaint. After this, you should enter your UAN number and type the security code. Followed by clicking on the get details option and getting the OTP option. Now an OTP will be sent to your EPF-registered mobile number. Now enter that OTP.

• After this you should select your gender, country, and state, and enter the security code again. Click on your PF member ID after selecting all the details.

• A new popup window will open. You will have to enter your PF account number there and select the complaint related to the PF office and complaint category as the last PF withdrawal. Now there will be a description box, where you will have to type the message, and finally, click on Add.
